Posting Rules
1. Your posts shouldn't have any glaring punctuation or spelling errors. This means that as long as I don't notice it every other word you should be fine. Basically if your posts start to bug me or other members because of their lack of proper style you’re breaking this rule.
2. Each post should be a five sentences minimum.
3. Posts should be creative! By that I mean have your character doing something interesting not just haunting the library or reading a book. Have them screaming at a rat or looking through some-one elses room. This makes the roleplay really interesting. This rule is especially true if your character is insane.
4. No godmoding or powerplaying.
5. All posts should be done in limited third person, this means that your character is narrating the events:
Sarah looked at the Labryinth and thought 'This will take forever.'
not
I looked at the Labryinth and thought 'This will take forever.'
not
Sarah looked at the Labryinth. Miles away the Goblin King laughed at her perplexed state.
Character Rules
1. If your character is a staff member they have to be relatively sane.
2. If your character is insane they must be fully insane, as in they have a severe mental problem, not just mild depression or simply odd.
3. If your character is insane please look up information on there disorder first before you make there character so you know a little bit about who your character is.
4. There will be no non-NPC characters that are under the age of twelve. All patients must be over fifteen and all staff members must be over 21.
5. You may play more than one character but you must keep an even ratio of males to females. However this rule only applies to females, you can have as many male characters as you want. Example: If you have one female character already the next character you create must be male.
6. Characters have no magical powers of any kind outside of there own minds.
7. Be creative, don’t make your character perfect or a stereotype.
